Dredger D-110/47-I-2/2 with electrical motor of the main pump is designed for the commercial extraction of sand and sand-gravel mixture in the exploitation of soils of I-IV category at the depths up to 9.5 meters. Also it is use to clean beds of rivers, canals and ponds of mud, sand and other sediments.
This dredger can be applied as a pumping station to transfer water and pulp containing up to 20% of non-metallic materials in case of its discharge to a grizzly or deposit site, as well as to a loading platform, equipped with different types of dehumidifiers.

Technical output of a dredger «D-110/47-I-2/2» is about 116 cubic meters of dry soil per hour with a pressure of 56m.water column extracting at a depth of 2.5 - 7m sand with fineness module from 0.7 to 1.9 and its transfer on a horizontal surface through the pulp line at a distance from120 to 360m. The maximum distance of transfer is 1235m.
Changed the conditions of extraction or distance of pulp transfer productivity can vary.
Transportation of dredgers to a work place is realized by means of 2 long semi-trailers type «barge» or «trailer», with a loading platform not less than 12.4 x 2.4 (m). Loaded dredger does not exceed size limits of transportation.
Dredger «D-110/47-2/2» has all necessary documents for the above-mentioned works, without which there can't be used any dredger in the Russian Federation in open pits destined for sand mining:
«Permit to use» of Rostekhnadzor, as well as documents from the Russian River Register (RRR) and All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of Standardization and Certification VNIIS).
Dredgers «D-110/47-I» are made according to the regulatory requirements of technical conditions and current technical documentation. It has three design patents.
Warranty period is 12 months from the date of shipment of the product to the client.
